Abstract

This is the establishment of Medical Information Network in a regm a study on the function and the brmne s of a public health center.
Firsty, the establishment of MIN is to develop the enticement which region residents can it by a feeling of reliance and expectation and develop the service which registered-patient can rive special treatment. Second there must be the unity and the insurance card for a stipulated model of non government and government gonna (s7 {; color, con-tent order, etc).
As mentioned above the establishment of MIN can maximize the service in region rents, and take up a positive attitude by the greatest reflex for the requirement of a user.
But, in consideration of geographical, cultural character and actuality of the region, the network connection by dispersed dotahzace method can easily concentrate for management and it also is the meaning in informational man-agement.
